Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

Welcome to UnicornsBeliewear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our shipping process, return rules, and refund options.

Shipping Policy

  • Made to Order: All items are fulfilled on demand. Production times vary but are usually 2–7 business days before shipping.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Ireland & UK: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

    • EU: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

    • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

If your package hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your shipping details.

  2. Check with your local postal office or neighbors.

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at info@unicornsbeliewear.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

1. Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to return the faulty item unless instructed.

2. Change of Mind / Sizing Issues

As all products are printed and made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or color preferences.

However, under EU consumer rights, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • You cover return shipping costs.

Exceptions:

  • Personalised/custom-made items

  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@unicornsbeliewear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide the correct return address.

  3. Ship your item back (with tracking if possible).
